Sarah Rehkamp

Introduction

Sarah Rehkamp is a Research Agricultural Economist with the Food Markets Branch in the Food Economics Division at the Economic Research Service (ERS). Her research interests include the food value chain, food system resource use, and dietary patterns.

Background

Sarah rejoined ERS in 2021. Before returning to ERS, she was a faculty member at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa working in cooperative extension.

Education

Sarah earned a post-master's certificate in quantitative methods in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University. She received an M.S. in agricultural economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a B.A. in economics from Augsburg College.
