U.S. trade of selected commodities with NAFTA countries indicates the importance of U.S. agricultural trade with Canada and Mexico for the following commodities: corn, sorghum, distillers’ dried grains with solubles (DDGS), soybeans, soybean meal, soybean oil, canola seed, canola meal, canola oil, wheat grain, wheat products, rice, sugar, cotton, fresh fruit, and fresh vegetables.

Tariff rates for U.S. agricultural trade with Canada and Mexico: NAFTA, MFN, and WTO-bound compares trade-weighted ad valorem tariff rates for U.S. agricultural trade with Canada and Mexico under NAFTA to Most-Favored Nation (MFN) and WTO-bound tariff rates.

Production, Supply, and Distribution (PS&D) contains official USDA data on production, supply, and distribution of agricultural commodities for the United States and major importing and exporting countries. The database provides projections for the coming year and historical data for more than 200 countries and major crop, livestock, fishery, and forest products.

The Agricultural Baseline Database provides longrun, 10-year projections from USDA's annual long-term projections report. It covers projections for major field crops (corn, sorghum, barley, oats, wheat, rice, soybeans, and upland cotton) and livestock (beef, pork, poultry and eggs, and dairy) starting with the February 2000 report.

Foreign Agricultural Trade of the United States (FATUS) provides U.S. agricultural exports and imports, volume and value, by country, by commodity, and by calendar year, fiscal year, and month, for varying periods, such as 1935 to the present or 1989 to the present. USDA Foreign Agricultural Service's U.S. Trade Internet System contains monthly U.S. agricultural trade data by FATUS group and Harmonized Tariff System code. Updated monthly and annually.

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is the public health agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and is responsible for ensuring that the Nation's commercial supply of meat, poultry, and egg products is safe, wholesome, and correctly labeled and packaged. FSIS publishes lists of eligible U.S. establishments that are certified to export meat, poultry, and egg products to Canada, Mexico, and certain other countries, as well as lists of eligible foreign establishments that are certified to export similar products to the United States.

The International Baseline Data projections indicate supply, demand, and trade for major agricultural commodities for selected countries. These projections provide foreign country detail supporting the annual USDA agricultural baseline, which are longrun, 10-year projections.

International Food Consumption Patterns. Total and marginal budget shares and income and price elasticities are estimated, using 2005 ICP data, for nine broad consumption groups and eight food subgroups across 144 countries.

The International Macroeconomic Data Set provides data from 1969 for real (adjusted for inflation) gross domestic product (GDP), population, real exchange rates, and other variables for the 181 countries that are most important for U.S. agricultural trade.

Agricultural Market Access Database (AMAD) is a publicly available information tool for the analysis of WTO market access issues in agriculture. This online database is a collection of data and information for WTO member countries. It includes tariff schedules, tariff bindings, applied tariff rates, country notifications to the WTO, import quantities, and other data useful in tariff analysis.
