Background
Dylan joined ERS in June 2021, after completing his PhD. His research focus is on managing risk associated with climate change and mitigating the economic effects of natural hazards. He has also conducted research in a variety of other areas—including decision making under risk and uncertainty, non-market valuation, food waste, and natural resource extraction.
